Service Agreement
SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between
Adamar Travel, located at Muğla/Marmaris (“onthebeachdtransfer.com”), and
the Customer, who purchases transfer services through the website www.onthebeachtransfer.com, under the following terms and conditions.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the road passenger transport (transfer) service purchased by the Customer via www.onthebeachtransfer.com.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The transfer service is provided between the departure and arrival points specified by the Customer, at the indicated date and time.

The vehicle type is selected by the Customer from the options offered based on the number of passengers.

The service is only valid for the passengers listed in the reservation.
4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the reservation.

The Customer must be ready at the specified location at the scheduled time.

The Customer must not engage in illegal behavior during the trip.

Any excess baggage or special requests must be indicated during the reservation process.
5. SERVICE PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS

The Service Provider is responsible for providing the transfer service on time, safely, and comfortably.

Vehicles are kept ready with all necessary legal documents and insurance.

Except for force majeure such as adverse weather, traffic, or technical malfunctions, the provider is obliged to offer an alternative solution if the service is disrupted.
6. FEE AND PAYMENT

The Customer agrees to pay the fee determined at the time of reservation via online payment systems.

The reservation is not confirmed until payment is completed.
7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
-
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the transfer time.

No refunds are made for cancellations within 24 hours of the transfer time.

Full refunds are provided for cancellations made by the Service Provider.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Customer data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Law and applicable legislation.

Personal data is used solely for the purpose of performing the service.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of [Company’s jurisdiction] shall have exclusive authority.
10. ENFORCEMENT
This agreement enters into force at the time the Customer makes a reservation through www.onthebeachtransfer.com.
